myTrekLite – Emergency Data Card

The myTrekLite – Emergency Data Card app allows trip leaders to carry all the pertinent emergency contact information for all of their charges in a safe and convenient manner.

The myTrekLite app is designed with teachers, chaperones, coaches, and all other field trip leaders in mind. A scaled down version of the myTrek – Travel Plan app (available on iTunes), the myTrekLite is created for the convenience of individuals in positions of responsibility who travel with large groups of children, teens, and young adults, during planned activities such as:

- School Field Trips
- Youth Group Outings
- Sporting Events
- Civic Club Meetings

The myTrekLite –contain the following categories:

- Student Information
- Parent or Legal Guardian Contact Information
- Emergency Contact Information
- Emergency Medical Information
- Physician Information

Easy to Create

The emergency data cards can be created in the myTrekLite app, or more conveniently by using the myTrekLite PDF file.

The myTrekLite PDF can be downloaded at www.myTrekApp.com.

Once the myTrekLite PDF is created, the information is sent via e-mail and the recipient can automatically load the information into their myTrekLite app from a link within the e-mail.

Easy to Share

Designated authority figures can load multiple emergency data cards into their myTrekLite app. Users are able to share the emergency data cards with other authorized users via WiFi and e-mail. The sharing via e-mail from within the app transmits the information in a format that can be recognized by other myTrekLite app owners or in a formatted report for non-app owners.
